Design and optimisation parameters

These parameters are hidden and the default values can be found below. To change the parameters, fill out the fields you wish to change and click save.

The assumed temporal autocorrelation coefficient.*

Do you want to optimise using A-optimality or D-optimality?*

Do you want to optimise using the Genetic Algorithm or with random designs?*

The resolution of the timing of stimuli.*

How many designs do you want to get?*

Do you want a hard limit on the probabilities? (experimental)

Genetic algorithm parameters

The following parameters are set for a good flow of the genetic algorithm.

How many designs go from one generation to the next?*

What percentage of the trials gets mutated?*

How many immigrants per generation?*

Number of generations (iterations or cycles).*

Number of generations in the prerun to define the maximum efficiency and detection power.*

Number of stable generations to reach convergence*
